MATTATOIO SOSPESO è una compagnia volante fondata da Marco Mannucci nel 2006 che, di volta in volta, si avvale dell’incontro di altri artisti. Arrampicata, acrobazia, teatro di strada, circo e la poetica del non ordinario alcuni dei principali ingredienti. Con echi lontani alle visioni sospese di Chagall, Mattatoio si solleva da terra per volare su case, torri, chiese e castelli. Il sospeso, la sospensione sono il non-luogo dove si annulla la gravità. Questo trasporta il pubblico e l’architettura oggetto di spettacolo in un’altra dimensione. La dimensione onirica dove tutto può accadere, non ci sono più regole: si vola, si sogna ad occhi aperti.

MATTATOIO SOSPESO is a flying company founded by Marco Mannucci in 2006, working each time thanks to the encounter of other artists. Climbing, acrobatics, street theatre, theatre, out of the ordinary Poetics and circus are some of its principal ingredients. Remembering the suspended views of Chagall, Mattatoio becomes airborne to fly on the façade of towers, palaces, castles. Every time it invents new performances dedicated to the architecture that “houses” it and turns this alternative space in a theatre. The suspended, the suspension is the non-place where the law of gravity breaks. This takes the public and the architecture, the object of performance, into another dimension. A dream-like dimension where everything can happen, there are no rules: you fly, you daydream.

MATTATOIO SOSPESO est une compagnie volante née en 2006 d’une idée de Marco Mannucci. Elle s’enrichit de la rencontre avec d’autres artistes.
Escalade, acrobaties, théâtre de rue, cirque et poétique du « non ordinaire », voilà quelques-uns des ingrédients principaux. A l’instar de lointains échos des visions suspendues de Marc Chagall, Mattatoio se soulève du sol pour pouvoir voler sur les façades des maisons, tours, églises et châteaux. Le suspendu et la suspension sont le non-lieu et le non-temps à l’intérieur desquels la force de gravité s’annule. L’architecture devient un objet du spectacle et le public est transporté avec elle dans une dimension autre. Une dimension onirique où tout peut se passer, où il n’y a plus de règles : on vole et on rêve les yeux grand ouverts.
